I often reflect on the story of the Good Samaritan and the unnoticed passersby. In a year marked by inflation and uncertainty, while many navigate these times without dire need, there are still numerous neighbors who rely on the compassion of a stranger.

Through your partnership with Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest (LSS-SW), you have embodied the spirit of the Good Samaritan, reaching out to those in desperate need:

You found 563 refugees a new home.

You provided 270,000 hours of care to older adults and individuals with disabilities.

You helped 284 people experiencing homelessness find shelter.

You strengthened 3,588 families at our family resource centers.

Our mission is steadfast: to stabilize those in crisis, build a foundation for thriving lives, and preserve dignity for the most vulnerable. From aiding refugees in their transition to new lives to supporting older adults in their homes, your generosity fuels our comprehensive programs across Arizona.

Enclosed is our latest Impact Report, detailing the profound influence your support has on our community. Thank you for being a part of our mission to create a supportive community for the most vulnerable.
