You found 563 refugees a new home.

You provided 270,000 hours of care to older adults and individuals with disabilities.

You helped 284 people experiencing homelessness find shelter.

You strengthened 3,588 families at our family resource centers.

Our mission is steadfast: to stabilize those in crisis, build a foundation for thriving lives, and preserve dignity for the most vulnerable.
