Advocacy Training

During the month of February, LSS will be working to educate our state legislators about the importance of refugee resettlement. Join LSS-SW staff for a virtual advocacy training that will prepare you to make appointments with legislators to advocate for refugee resettlement. Please attend if you are committed to making an appointment with your legislator. We will provide you with all the information and tools that you need, and we will make sure someone will accompany you when you get an appointment. Legislators will always respond best to their own constituents, so your voice is critical!
